Founder

Raza Khan MRICS

Raza Khan is the founder and Director of Samson. He has been working as a Property Consultant, Surveyor and Valuer in London since 2006. He has advised clients on all aspects of property surveys, Red Book Valuations and acquisitions/disposals of their estates from inception to completion including, as might be expected given his training and experience, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax Valuations. Raza specialises in Commercial and Residential Surveys, Consultancy and Valuations for all purposes

Jay has over twenty years of expertise in the field. From townhouses to sizable rural estates, Jay has experience performing appraisals and condition surveys on properties of all different types. He has worked in the private, public and service sector and possesses a wide range of knowledge. Jay specialises in many services from RICS surveys and Red Book Valuations to party wall agreements, lease extension appraisals and freehold enfranchisements to acquisitions and disposals. Being one of our senior partners Jay is devoted to producing high-quality work and cultivating long-lasting customer connections.
